Duties

We are looking for a Policy Admin. Supervisor I to join our team

Summary -

As Policy Administration Supervisor, you will manage and direct the tactical execution of providing best-in-class customer experience to our producing agents and policyholders.  This will include facilitating the successful delivery of policy transactions and associated billing for items that are not accurately handled through the systems.  You will oversee the process of hiring, selecting, training, engaging and retaining talent in alignment with organizational values and vision.  You will work with staff to meet internal and external customer needs in a responsive and efficient manner.  Success will depend on your ability to uphold an environment of trust and dedication where active learning and personal accountability are standard practice.

Responsbilities:

  1. Effectively understand the processes and their impact on customer experience
  2. Achieve strong results for transaction turnaround, quality and productivity
  3. Problem-solving and decision-making
  4. Tracking and delegating work
  5. Identify and report trends in workload that may indicate larger concern
  6. Contact customers,  to reach mutually desirable outcome
  7. Research, respond and educate internal and external stakeholders on errors, processes or escalations
  8. Continuously coach and develop team members at all levels in preparation for future needs
  9. Innovation and strategic planning for continuous improvement of the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 5+ years equivalent experience as an individual contributor adding value in team environment
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or other related industry
  • AINS Designation preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills
