Duties

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team

Summary -

Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Business Partner team.


A typical day will include the following:

Participates in special projects and may lead small projects of limited scope.

Schedules employee exit interviews and prepares employee termination documents.

Attends and takes notes during employee conversations with Business Partners.

Assists with employee trainings.

Creates internal employee transfer, promotion, and demotion letters.

Prepares telecommuting agreements for employees, drafts employee counseling memorandums as well as communications for managers around topics such as dress code, voting leaves, and more.

Assists with 9-Box Calibration sessions and follows up on employee reviews.

Conducts random audits on files such as confidentiality agreements and more.

Research topics for Business Partners and assist team with requests.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in related field (Bachelors Degree preferred)
