Duties

We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team.

Summary:

Provides direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, organizational design, performance and change management.

A typical day will include the following:

Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures for managers and employees.

Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, training and development, and employee relations and retention.

Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions, and coaching and counseling managers and employees.

Formulates and recommends program goals and objectives in all areas of human resources management.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
Eight plus years of increasing scope and complex responsibilities in HR.
PHR or SPHR credential preferred.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations and requirements regarding employment and employment activities.
