We are looking for a Team Lead-CORE to join our team

Summary -

Supports CORE supervisors and assist with elements related to endorsement and automatic renewal production activities, including but not limited to resolving routine to moderate underwriting challenges within authority channels as needed.

A typical day will include the following:

Supports and assists CORE Supervisor and team in providing commercial underwriting and rating services to meet department performance and service goals.

Acts a subject matter expert in responding to team inquires as well as contributes to the overall daily production requirements of the organization.

Responsible for work distribution, reallocation where needed and manages daily reporting of results.

Conducts regular quality and compliance audits and distributes feedback as needed

Will be called upon to be a training resource for both classroom and one-on-one training for new hires and current staff.

Advocates compliance by associates and recommends possible improvements to underwriting policies, processes, guidelines and practices.


Associate’s degree;

5 years’ industry related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted

Supervisory experience preferred
