Duties
We are looking for a Claims Trainee - Auto to join our team.
Learns the claims role and performs basic claims tasks under direct supervision
Supports and learns claim handling process and associated forms, methods and procedures.
Performs routine investigatory tasks, gathers and documents relevant information.
Works with adjusters/supervisors to evaluate routine claims and recommend appropriate action.
Learns coverages, policy terms and conditions for specific insurance areas or company products.
Qualifications
High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Must be working towards AIC or approved insurance designation.
