Duties

Summary:
Manages all activities in support of technical training and education within the organization.
Designs, implements and evaluates the organization’s learning courses and programs which support key insurance functions and the implementation of new systems and platforms. 
Manages a team which creates, tracks, evaluates and improves technical skills for all levels within the organization.

A typical day will include the following:
Develops strategies and programs to support the development of employees’ technical skills and the implementation of new systems.
Presents programs and projects to senior staff for approval and support.
Develops technical training best practices which support the organization goals and direction.
Directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing individual contributions and supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related  field.
Ten plus years of talent development experience, particularly in technical subjects and systems implementations, in a corporate environment.
