Our successful candidate will be responsible for collecting premium due to company as well as resolving billing concerns and providing customer service within a timely manner.  This candidate will also prepare assessments for team, handle escalations and support team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect receivables for National Broker Receivables.
  • Research, review and prepare refunds on National Broker accounts.
  • Approve refunds within authority limit.
  • Review, research and resolve all national broker inquiries.
  • Reconcile National Broker statement monthly against agency payments.
  • Assign monthly reason codes for assigned accounts.
  • Recommend Oden Queue cancellation holds and cancellation release.
  • Maintains relationship with National Broker.
  • Respond to questions submitted from team to Senior Board.
  • Service and work with team on escalations.
  • Report to Supervisor daily with team concerns, problems and status of daily operations.
  • Prepare monthly assessments for team.
  • Support team and Supervisor with daily operations.
  • Mentor and train team.
  • Participate with creating, updating or changing of SOP’s.
  • Assist team with complex accounts.
  • Participate in projects and/or complete projects assigned.
  • Participate in agency conference calls.
  • Back up to Supervisor


  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience.
