Duties

Philadelphia Insurance Companies is looking for a goal driven and detail oriented individual to join our Premium Processing  team. Philadelphia Insurance is a place of opportunity where motivated high achievers are the norm. Our team’s priority is the application of payments while providing an exceptional customer experience! 

Our successful candidate will be responsible for accurate application of payments which support reducing our accounts receivable.

They will display a positive attitude, superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be a strong communicator. A key achievement will be to examine incoming detail from various sources and apply payments accurately in a timely manner. Act on service inquiries and requests requiring research or problem solving.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Research unapplied payments, resolve and post to system                 
•Research, Reconcile and Post Payment Applications
•Participate in projects and/or complete projects assigned.
•Process Chargebacks
•Resolve and answer cash inquires
•Upload Bordereau files working with IT
•Enforce financial controls within premium processing

Qualifications

 

  • Premium Processing experience
  • Minimum 2 years' related experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma
