•Access and update our client database
•Contact and communicate with existing and potential agents and brokers through phone calls and email campaigns
•Receive and review submissions of business
•Utilize company software, PATH, to seek business and track leads
•Provide information on cross-selling products and soliciting additional lines of business
•Complete weekly training sessions to learn about PHLY products and marketing modules
•Work alongside professionals
•Complete general office tasks
•Additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
•Work a part time schedule of 15-20 hours/week
•Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
•Interest in the Insurance Industry is preferred
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong customer service skills
•Energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude
