Marketing Statement

Duties

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team.

Summary:

Provides support to business units in staffing, recruiting, employee counseling, and administration.

A typical day will include the following:

Handles employee relations issues and exit interviewing.

Conducts organizational effectiveness assessments and recommends programs to address issues.

Develops and administers compensation programs; monitors performance evaluation programs and revises as necessary.

Makes recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
Five plus years of increasing scope and complex responsibilities in HR.
PHR or SPHR credential preferred.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations and requirements regarding employment and employment activities.
